From Tallahassee...Go south on 319 through Crawfordville to Medart.  At Medart you will pick up US 98 west. Stay on US 98 west going to Panacea.  Stay on US 98 west through Panacea and over the bridge at Ochlockonee Bay. You will pass the turn off for Alligator Point (state road 370) and as you see the water you will be nearing St. Teresa.  There are many turn offs on your left to the St Teresa Cottages and Homes.  For the rental house, turn left at the Highway 98 sign onto St Teresa Avenue.  The House number is 3974 and the sign on the pump house is "Lazy Dolphin".  Shown by appointment only.  850-591-9750
